Ask about your order
Do I have to order a crew package?

No. Individual shirts and custom quantities are welcome. The 12-, 24-, and 48-shirt packages are starting options for groups using one shared front logo and back design.

What is included in the package price?

The starting apparel subtotal covers standard adult cotton tees in sizes S–XL with shared front and back artwork. Shipping, tax, extended sizes, special garments, and additional artwork are quoted separately. We'll confirm your final total before payment.

Can you use my business logo or my own idea?

Yes. Share a link to your artwork or describe the idea in your request. We'll confirm the usable artwork and send a digital proof for your approval before printing.

How quickly can I get my order?

Timing depends on quantity, garment availability, artwork approval, and delivery. Include your deadline in the request. We'll confirm the schedule before accepting the order.

Do you offer local pickup or shipping?

Pickup and shipping are arranged in your final quote. We are based in Savannah and work with customers in Pooler, Bluffton, Hilton Head, and beyond. Share your city or ZIP so we can confirm delivery options and cost.

When do I pay, and when does production start?

We'll confirm your final quote and design proof first. Production begins after you approve the design and full payment is received. Please check names, spelling, quantities, and sizes carefully before approval.

Can I reorder the same design later?

Yes. Tell us which previous design you want and the new quantity and sizes. Approved artwork can be used again, with current garment availability, pricing, and timing confirmed in a new quote.
